چکیده
Globodera infestation was evaluated in soils of private farm plots Chernihiv and Kyiv regions Ukraine 2017–2018. Soil samples were taken at 88 farms, 15.02 ha total, 11 settlements 6 districts. The nematode abundance the examined areas graded as follows: less than 1000 eggs + larvae/100 cm3 — low rate infestation; 1000–5000 average rate; more 5000 high rate. 85.4 % study area is infested with golden potato cyst nematode. mean pest 3331 (15–23,237) eggs+larvae/100 cm3: including 8730 (91–21,486) Region 1829.6 Region. highest number assessed per district (29) Koryukivsky District, G. rostochiensis (Rо-1) 1549 (20–15,757) cm3e+l/100cm3. We also analyzed results monitoring conducted by State Service for food safety consumer protection 2018. According to those, found 18 Ukraine. In most those (14 regions), infests rather small areas, 500 ha. not recorded other 7 Autonomous Republic Crimea now.

TRIFONOVA, Z. and A. ATANASOV, 2011. Control of potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis with some plant extracts and neem products. Bulg. J. Agric. Sci., 17: 623-627 An experiment was conducted under glass-house conditions to test the effects of five plants products in the form of drenches on the growth of potato and population density of potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis. All t...
متن کاملOrigin, distribution and 3D-modeling of Gr-EXPB1, an expansin from the potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis.
Southern analysis showed that Gr-EXPB1, a functional expansin from the potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis, is member of a multigene family, and EST data suggest expansins to be present in other plant parasitic nematodes as well. Homology modeling predicted that Gr-EXPB1 domain 1 (D1) has a flat beta-barrel structure with surface-exposed aromatic rings, whereas the 3D structure of Gr-E...
متن کاملEarly responses of resistant and susceptible potato roots during invasion by the potato cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis.
Signals from roots of resistant (cv. Maris Piper) and susceptible (cv. Désirée) potato cultivars during invasion by second stage juveniles (J2s) of the potato cyst nematode, Globodera rostochiensis, were investigated. Novel experimental chambers enabled the recording of electrophysiological responses from roots during nematode invasion. The root cell membrane potentials were maintained througho...
متن کاملDifferential scanning calorimetry studies on the cysts of the potato-cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis during freezing and melting
Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to determine the thermal events associated with freezing and melting of the cysts of the potato-cyst nematode Globodera rostochiensis. There were no thermal events during the cooling of dry cysts from 5 to -60 °C and warming back to 5 °C, indicating the absence of water freezing in the dry cysts. During heating of dry cysts from 5 to 80 &...
متن کاملThe chemical composition of the cyst wall of the potato cyst-nematode, Heterodera rostochiensis.
1. Cyst walls of the potato cyst-nematode (Heterodera rostochiensis Woll.) were isolated by sieving a suspension of crushed cysts. About 12mg. of dried cyst walls was obtained from 1000 cysts. 2. The cyst walls contained mainly protein (72%, calculated from nitrogen content). On acid hydrolysis about 77% of the cyst wall went into solution. Of 19 amino acids present, proline, glycine, and alani...
